Лучшие продавцы умеют с честью выходить из спорных ситуаций. И в случае с ZY-Mart Store я в этом убедился. Посылка пришла ко мне достаточно быстро, я распаковал её и начал внимательно рассматривать товар. Оказалось, что несколько колёс были со скрытым дефектом (маленькие трещины в поликарбонате, которые со временем бы разрушили ролик), я написал об этом продавцу. Продавец попросил фото на электронку и на следующий же день извинился и спросил, может ли он отправить повторно. Я согласился. На следующий день я получил новый трек номер. Посылка почему-то долго шла по России, при этом продавец меня же вежливо и успокаивал, что так бывает, нужно подождать. В итоге я посылку получил. И там ролики. с огромным запасом по отношению к повреждённым. У меня слов нет! Я очень благодарен этому продавцу, его работникам. Рекомендую всем! А если с вами произойдёт какое-нибудь недоразумение, будьте терпеливы и вежливы и всё будет хорошо. Ещё раз спасибо магазину ZY-Mart Store! Вы лучшие, ребята!
